Essential Tips
Acclimatization is Key
The trek involves gaining significant altitude, so acclimatization stops are crucial. Take it slow, stay hydrated, and listen to your body to minimize the risk of altitude-related issues.
Pack Wisely
Pack essentials like sturdy trekking boots, weather-appropriate clothing, a good quality sleeping bag, and a comprehensive first aid kit. Be prepared for varying weather conditions, from warm lowlands to chilly high altitudes.
Permits and Regulations
Ensure you obtain the necessary permits, including the Manaslu Restricted Area Permit (RAP) and the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP). Adhering to local regulations helps preserve the pristine environment and supports the livelihoods of the communities along the trail.

Fuel Your Adventure
Experience the unique flavors of Nepalese cuisine as you trek through the Manaslu Circuit. Teahouses offer a variety of local dishes, providing a delicious insight into the culinary traditions of the region.
