Itineraries
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
On the first day of your itinerary, you'll embark on a picturesque journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara. This drive takes you through a diverse landscape, offering glimpses of rural life, terraced fields, and the breathtaking views of the Himalayan foothills. Pokhara, known as the "City of Lakes," is a popular tourist destination famous for its stunning lakes, panoramic mountain views, and relaxed atmosphere. You can expect to spend several hours on the road, enjoying the changing scenery along the way.
Day 02: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul / Birethanti, trek to Tikhedunga or Uleri (1,540 M)
On the second day, you'll drive from Pokhara to Nayapul or Birethanti, which serves as the starting point for your trek. The trek begins with a relatively easy trail that takes you through charming villages, terraced fields, and lush forests. As you ascend, you'll reach Tikhedunga or Uleri, situated at an altitude of 1,540 meters. This marks the first day of your trekking adventure, and you'll have the opportunity to experience the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region.
Day 03: Trek from Uleri (1,540 M) to Ghorepani (2,860 M)
Your third day involves a rewarding trek from Uleri to Ghorepani, situated at an elevation of 2,860 meters. The trail gradually ascends through rhododendron forests and offers captivating views of the surrounding landscapes. Ghorepani is a charming village nestled amidst the mountains, known for its vibrant culture and stunning vistas. Day 04: Early morning hike to Poon Hill Viewpoint (3,210 M), then trek to Ghandruk (1,950 M)
On this day, an early morning adventure awaits as you hike to the renowned Poon Hill Viewpoint, situated at an elevation of 3,210 meters. This vantage point offers a spectacular sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, a sight that's truly awe-inspiring. After soaking in the breathtaking scenery, you'll trek to Ghandruk, a charming Gurung village located at 1,950 meters. Here, you can explore the local culture and enjoy the hospitality of the villagers.
Day 05: Trek from Ghandruk (1,950 M) to Kimche - Syauli Bazaar (1,220 M), Drive to Nayapul (1,050 M) – Pokhara (820 M)
The fifth day involves trekking from Ghandruk to Kimche and Syauli Bazaar, situated at an altitude of 1,220 meters. From there, you'll drive to Nayapul, which is at an elevation of 1,050 meters, and then continue to Pokhara, located at 820 meters. This day offers a mix of trekking and driving, allowing you to experience different aspects of the landscape and local life.
Day 06: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
On the final day of your itinerary, you'll drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu. This marks the end of your adventurous journey through the stunning landscapes and cultural gems of the region. The drive back offers you a chance to reflect on the memories you've created and the experiences you've gathered during your trekking expedition.
